Speaker 2:

Welcome to the Lift One Self podcast. Nate, I'm so thankful you're here with me.

Speaker 3:

Well, Natalie, thank you so much for having me and hello to everybody out there listening or watching.

Speaker 2:

I'll invite you to take a breath with me, For the listeners that are listening in. If you're not driving, then I'll ask you to close your eyes. If you are driving or doing something, you can still listen to the prompts that I'm giving for the meditation. So, Nate, I'll ask you to close your eyes and begin breathing in and out through your nose, and don't try to control your breath. Just bring your awareness to watching your breath. Breathe in and out Whatever sensations or feelings that are coming up in your body.

Speaker 1:

Allow them to come up, while still staying with your breath and dropping into the body. How's your heart doing?

Speaker 3:

Beautiful, wonderful, slow breathing, present, feeling, wonderful.

Speaker 2:

Tell the listeners who Nate is.

Speaker 3:

All right. Well, I am originally from Huntsville, utah, a very small town in the mountains, and I grew up on skis with a as the eldest son of a couple of ski bum hippies that moved to Utah from Northern California, and so for the earlier part of my life, from about age five until about seventeen, not being part of the predominant religion here in Utah and the only kid in my grade that wasn't and the smallest, the youngest I became an easy target for a lot of bullies, and so I had a lot of physical as well as mental bullying happening on nearly a daily basis, even to the point where even summer break, I wasn't very safe. They would still find me. So why that's relevant is that that is what really started my spiritual journey. So when I was around eleven, I became suicidal. I really didn't want to be on the planet and then, in order to save myself, I like to think of my higher self as being the amazing hand coming down out of the quantum and showing me a different path. And I did this for myself in the form of spontaneous out-of-body experiences where, when I would go to sleep if you could just imagine for anybody out there when you're on your way to going to sleep and you're laying on your back and just imagine that you have a one hundred pound weighted blanket covering you. That's pushing you into your bed to the point where you can't move your body, but it's not scary. And then imagine, if you can, what it would be like to have your bones start to vibrate and you start vibrating through every part of your body from the inside outward, even though you're aware your body's not moving. You're very well aware of this vibration and then hearing and feeling something kind of like a clop and all of a sudden you don't have this limited, sticky, confining body anymore and you're floating up above your body, being very grateful that you're not limited anymore. And in my case, I the first time this happened, was hoping I was dead, because that was to my mental state at the time. But I learned later that it's a natural, normal occurrence for most people, and many people can learn how to do this at will. Well, they can learn how to do it consciously, to such an extent that even our own US government has trained CAA operatives how to spy on the Soviets using remote viewing and out of body projection. So that's where this all kind of led and started off.

Speaker 3:

Now, what I've been doing for the past 24 years is I'm one of only two master trainers in America that are allowed to steward and to teach a very special and sacred form of martial art, but also energy work, breath work, meditation, energetic healing and also extra sensory perception in a system that was kept secret within a royal family in the Far East for close to 500 years. And I became the very first non-Indonesian because it comes from Indonesia, the first non-Indonesian person to ever learn this in its 500 year history. And that started back in 1999. And a little bit after I started training, one of my younger brothers started with me and together we owned one of the largest martial arts and meditation academies in the country Wow.

Speaker 3:

And then COVID came along and changed everything for the martial arts, for dance, for yoga studios. We all we remember we all had to change and pivot, and I did that as well. And then recently, in the past about a year and a half, my brother and I decided to separate in our business, and now my company, the Integrated Ascension Method, is the only place in the world where you can learn this art from Indonesia, but coupled it, coupling it with 21st century technologies like fiber acoustic technology, biohacking, tachyon pyramid and torus energy field generators, emotion code and body code modalities, which I'm certified in both, as well as bio-well energy diagnostics and a whole bunch of other things that no one else on the planet can do. Because, as one of only two trainers in the system, then combining it with these things that nobody's thought of doing yet, it's really a unique experience for people that, no matter what somebody does, it is a force multiplier. It is truly a catalyst for change, for whatever else they do, it will help them be better at it.

Speaker 2:

Bring us back to 1999, what brought you to inquire about you know going? I take it that you went to Indonesia Actually no, not that time.

Speaker 3:

No, that's a great question. So I started having the adobot experiences and the mystical things happen when I was around 12. And I was 16, the very first thing I ever bought with my own money was a book called Journeys out of the body, which is the quintessential work on the adobot phenomena written by Robert Monroe, who founded the Monroe Institute in Virginia, and they're the ones who trained the CIA. So, that said, I was really enamored, going down rabbit hole of spirituality, but more than that, not just belief-based spirituality, but evidence and knowledge-based. So for me it's always been a matter of can I experience it myself or is it just? I have to believe this one person who says they see something. It's difficult for me to do that just because of the way I was raised. So in 1998, I bought a course out of Black Belt magazine that guaranteed me inner power in two weeks or I got my money back. I was sold two weeks for she. Let's do that Now.

Speaker 3:

I've been involved in martial arts training to help learn how to defend myself and protect myself and other people since I was about 17, and studied many more different martial arts. So when I was 23, and I saw this videotape that came with this little manual, this course I ordered, and it showed Indonesian martial arts and I have to say, natalie, they were the most beautiful martial arts I had ever seen. They looked so deadly but the moves just they were like. They were not like anything else I'd ever seen. And, granted, most people are not necessarily interested in martial arts. They think it's beautiful, they wanna watch it. I, on the other hand, was always looking for the martial art that I could help ridge the physical and then the metaphysical, or the mental, the spiritual, the energetic. Well, studying at strip mall martial arts schools, you're just not gonna find that very often in America. So when I saw this video and I saw people who were not breaking bricks and boards, they were breaking stacks of steel, bars, stone, they were just barely touching these things. They had a big smile on their face. They weren't using anger, like you see, most people do. They yell and they go through things that are just. They look like they're having a really good time. No, these people were really enjoying what they were doing. But that was neat.

Speaker 3:

But when I saw the next thing on this tape, which was people who were blindfolded or blind, who were able to do anything that somebody with vision can do driving cars through normal Jakarta traffic if you can call that normal traffic people who were military members shooting targets out of people's hands while blindfolded riding motorcycles in between people even have blind people who could read material. It was incredible and I thought it was fake. I mean, how could that really be real? But there's this other part of me that had been having these non-local experiences of consciousness and vision outside my body that said you know what? Maybe Jedi's are really real. That's pretty awesome.

Speaker 3:

Well, the next day after I got the tape and I watched it a few times I watched a blind woman almost die trying to cross the road in front of me with her dog, and her dog led her face first into a light pole and Natalie right there. I knew I had to find those Indonesian people to see if they could help her. Now it took me two weeks and I finally tracked them down and when I did, I reached out from somebody who spoke English and I sponsored the very first demonstration of this art in the United States and that was in the fall of 1999. Now the name of this art is called Marpati Puti. Now that sounds funny in English, but in Indonesian, marpati Puti means white dove. So here's this martial art, which is brutal, full contact, fighting, energy based, breaking everything you possibly can, and their symbol is the piece, the symbol of peace and justice for humanity the white dove. I thought that was very interesting.

Speaker 3:

Well, when I brought them over here and I ought to actually witness blindfolded and blind people whose eyes are as white as a sheet and then I blindfolded, blindfold them as well, and they could do anything that anybody with a vision can do I knew I had found a path with heart and so I just wanted to be the representative.

Speaker 3:

They had never allowed a non Indonesian person to learn, ever. It was not even a question. But when they saw what I was willing to do and sacrifice to help them get a foothold here in the US, the chairman of Marpati Puti, lehto Mignini, said Nate, I talked with the 11th generation royal family heirs and they would like to allow you to be the very first non Indonesian person ever allowed to learn this. And they're just so happened, because the universe lines things up exactly as they're supposed to be. Of three people in the whole country that could actually train me, one of them just happened to live within an hour's drive for me in Salt Lake City and I started training with him and then, a little while later, one of my younger brothers joined me and, like I said, it would be one of the largest martial arts schools in the country. For 20 years Pivoted with COVID. And here we are now in a totally different, separate realms and loving who we're able to serve.

Speaker 2:

Beautiful. Yes, I love how the universe says, as long as you get out of the way, how the simplicity and the ease there is of connecting and flowing with what is required. Have you ever been able to go visit Indonesia?

Speaker 3:

Several times actually for long training and testing sabbaticals 2005, 2007, 2013. Live there anywhere from five to eight weeks, nine weeks at a time, nine weeks longest one. And yes, so it's been an interesting and amazing adventure and it's been very interesting as well. If you've ever been in someplace where you feel like you stick out like a sore thumb, I know how you feel because I'm you know. I'm fairly tall and I definitely stick out in Southeast Asia, especially wearing this martial arts uniform, which is very unique and anybody and everybody in Indonesia knows what this is, even though, just like here, maybe people haven't played baseball, but they know what baseball is. It's a cultural heritage.

Speaker 3:

Well, marpati Puti when I came across them at that time, as they told me, the third largest single martial art in the world Like a certain, everybody practices the same form, same system. It's not like karate, karate, which is all martial arts, really from Okinawa, and it's not that there's many systems of karate. There's only one system of Marpati Puti and there are 700 plus different styles of martial arts in the art Indonesian archipelago. So they have been learning how and we're finding the art of kicking each other's butts for a long time, but there is nothing quite like Marpati Puti, not because of the combat and the martial art, but because of the energetic side that is unique. That's especially the way that we harness our breath. We do things that no other system that I've ever come across does not even close, not even remotely similar. We have results that really are just phenomenal for people. As long as people have a body, it will work. If they don't, well, we're not having that conversation because they don't need it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I hear that. Coming back to the little boy and the trauma that you experienced, did you feel that you had to relate with yourself differently? Because I know trauma is a big buzzword right now, but I replace trauma with energy. It becomes like this trust, energy that happens in your system because of emotions and the fear and everything In this learning this martial art and doing these outer body. Did you feel that there was a difference in your system with the trauma or did it still carry on with you?

Speaker 3:

I think that, like most sticky things, as a certified emotion code and body code practitioner, we all have as many trapped emotions as our days in the year. We, everybody's got their stuff. But for me, I did find that sometimes I would find myself using the outer body state as an escape Rather than a restructure and reframing. For, okay, don't take your place, don't take yourself off the planet, nate, it's going to get better. This is not all that there is, it's just these balleys. There's more to life than this. Then, whenever anything would get tough or I didn't like it, I would try to escape out of my body. I think a lot of people. They do that with drugs, they do it with TV, they do it with texting. We have the escapist mentality sometimes.

Speaker 3:

Dr David Hawkins talks about four different ways that people will deal with their trauma in an unhealthy way. First is suppression, second is repression, third is over expression and the fourth one is distraction the sex, drugs, rock and roll or take our mind off of it. And sometimes that could be very beneficial to help us get to that next stage where we're ready to actually look and see into ourselves and then work on letting go. But our society seems to prize, sweeping things under the rug and continuing on and leaving those things there. And so for me, yes, sometimes it would be a crutch, or I would use it as a distraction or a method to distance myself from what was happening and disembodied this.

Speaker 3:

And so it's taken me a long time, a lot of therapy, a lot of different modalities and the inner work, natalie, the people who have actually didn't sat in their own shit and done that work. You know, a it's worth it. B it's a never ending process that's going to continue on, so, but it's one of the most important things that we, as human beings, can actually do is to become conscious and not be defined by the things that have happened to us. As we know, many of those things were simply colored by our rose colored or poop colored glasses, whatever it is, and a lot of the time, those things weren't actually what happened. They're just how we perceived it happening, and if we live a lie enough, it becomes the truth.

Speaker 2:

And I thank you for that honesty and that vulnerability in parts of spirituality. What I've noticed with some people, when they use meditation or breath work, they're not realizing that they're using it as a type of like a dissociation and escape to feel a different, higher sensation. So they're all spiritual and it's like well, you're here to experience the human realm, you're here to experience the human experience. And, yeah, if you want to just be spiritual and nothing affects me and nothing bothers me, then what really are you experiencing as a human and what are you doing in your curriculum of life? And so thank you for being honest, of sharing that, how it's so easy, because life is painful, and especially when you're young and you don't have somebody to help you process what you're experiencing and able to give verbage, some language, some validation, that like wait, I'm here to help you and protect you from that. It's a very scary place. So, and you're exactly right of saying there's a lie that we create when there is trauma, and then that narration starts continuing and, as you mentioned at the beginning, with the vulnerability, again the suicidal ideation can be in there, because the pain is so dense that the fix of it is just to pass on and transition and not be in this body that is feeling so much stuff. And so thank you for that and like for the listeners to hear, because you know hearing that there's a practice and a lot of people, especially in the Western world, they want that quick fix of a pill and everything's going to go away. Make me better. And it's like, like I say to people, you have to process your shit. Like no garden is beautiful without manure and you have to tilt the earth and put in that manure and let it stink a bit and let it seep in there so that you know it fertilizes the ground. Because, like I say, it's.

Speaker 2:

You know any experience that you've experienced with trauma and pain. It's not that, oh, everything has a purpose or a reason. It's OK, you experience this. Now what are you going to do with it? Because nothing is wasted in the world and how I give a definition is it's similar to alchemy. You're going to take the impurities of what you experience and you're going to transfer it into gold by offering a different way for other people.

Speaker 2:

You're not just going to hurt people because you were hurt, you're making a different choice, and that's warrior work to do, because it's our default that if somebody harms us, it's a reaction that you want to protect yourself and harm back. Yet, doing that inner work of who do I want to show up and can I validate all of my emotions and have that emotional intelligence? And you know, I'm very thankful that you have done that work and you are showing up in such a light and that you're still on this side of love. Have you, have you done? You said that you've did therapy Were there any inner child work that you did or any kind of IFS, integrated family systems to really reparent and reconnect into that little boy that kind of had to disconnect at a certain age, yet coming back into that connection with him?

Speaker 3:

Yes, so not IFS per se not that modality but I have done numerous sessions clinical hypnotherapy, a lot of self-hypnotherapy, plant medicines that's the buzz term now, but you know as well as EMDR, eft, behaviour, cognitive Therapy Wow, that's. There's a lot of modalities over the past 20 years, and and some of them, yes, for the inner child work, other ones, no, not so much. However, one of the things that's helped me the most is the emotion code work, and that's one of the reasons why I became certified and I can work with people all over the world. It's a quantum healing modality that's actually patented because it works so well, and the body code is the big brother of the emotion code and it deals with all kinds of imbalances that the emotion code doesn't touch, and so, with that in mind, those are just a couple of the ones that I really have felt been the best for me, and also the people that I serve as well, because I can help people from anywhere in the world. It's a non-local function, so we don't need to worry about being in person, and it works seemingly just as well. And with that said, I mean I think that trying the modalities for myself, I've always been a seeker, I've always searched for knowledge.

Speaker 3:

I was always that kid that, when I was five, kids are reading comic books and I'm reading my mom's medical textbooks. She was a nurse, so I just have always been that nerdy, super nerdy person. What happens there? What does that? Okay, I don't want to do math. That's to know. It doesn't work for me. I want to study biological sciences because that's where I'm really drawn to. How does it work? So when I came across the integrated essential method actually more potty-pooty and I saw people who could see without their eyes, I saw people just barely touching materials and breaking them and you shouldn't be able to break that with a hammer and they're just wait a minute. How does that work? I want to experience that myself and, granted, well, you still don't have a lot of the technology that will allow us to fully quantify what she is. We're getting closer all the time and we're getting new machines and new technologies that can help to measure this Cameras that can detect the light, the visible spectrum, light coming from our bodies, which is a thousand times less than our eyes can see. But with the right camera, you can actually see where organs are imbalanced or where disease is in the body because it emits less light, things like that. So that's why I really love to combine the different technologies, the ancient wisdom with the modern, new, cutting-edge science. They're a very good combination. They're a very harmonious combination.

Speaker 3:

Just, not many people are actually doing that yet and there's been a lot that we have forgotten. For instance, most people believe that they have five senses because when their teacher asks them, how many of senses do you have? They wrote down five. They're like good job, jill or Johnny, you're right, it's five. And so we get that programmed into us. But the ancient Egyptians said we have three hundred sixty senses. So what have we forgotten in the past five or six thousand years? We forgot how, what they wrote. That's why we needed the Rosetta stone, because we didn't understand any hieroglyphics until that was found and then it could be deciphered, so we lost an entire language.

Speaker 3:

Well, we've also lost a lot in the way of our intrinsic abilities and being able to harness those from childhood and develop those. And that's one thing that I do that's my stock in trade is I help people become Jedi's or X-Men or whatever that is for them. I've unlocked those intrinsic abilities inside you. And the integrated ascension method it's a method. It's not a it's.

Speaker 3:

You don't have to say Ram and Lama, ding Dong, you don't have to be born in a certain country, you don't have to be in a certain religion.

Speaker 3:

It's based upon the biology and their energy of your body and, like I said, if you have a body, it'll work, and those really make a big difference to me, because I think that all of humanity operates based upon faith. No matter what, even an atheist, you have faith that you're going to keep breathing and you're going to wake up tomorrow and you're going to have another day. You have faith that if you drop something, it's going to fall to the ground because observation tells you OK, have faith and gravity. So, no matter what, there's elements of faith, but blind faith, that's something that's harder for me to swallow, and so that's why I encourage everyone don't believe me. Come experience it, then you will know what. No one can ever change your mind on that, because now it's a fact in your mind, because you've done it. So I'm all about experiential learning and that's what I help my students and people who take my courses. That's exactly what I help them do is have real experiences that then they can make up their own mind what it means.

Speaker 2:

I'm going to bring you into a reflective question. I'm going to ask you to bring your awareness right now and go back to your 18 year old self and you're able to tell your 18 year old self three words to bring you through the journey. What would those three words be?

Speaker 3:

It's four. Ok, yeah, four words.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Don't be so serious. Don't be so serious.

Speaker 2:

The more that you hear people with trauma or they've experienced pain. There's a seriousness, there's an armament and laughter. That's why I tell my clients, like dance and laughter, to open yourself up, that you're not so rigid and taking everything so literally. Yeah, it's, you know, part of the nervous system creating these mechanisms to help protect you, but it's limiting you in a lot of different aspects. Where can the listeners find you? Because I'm sure there's many of them that are curious now, after this hearing all of this.

Speaker 3:

Well, you know the most important thing people can do if you're curious, don't let this moment pass. Actually follow your curiosity. You're not here on accident. You're here for a purpose. You're not hearing this as just another bit of information you're taking in, so I would encourage you to listen to the reason why you're here and actually take the next step. You can find me online at I am pureenergy, so it's notcom, it'senergy. So I was very fortunate that that URL was available, because for what I do, you know, if I was an electrical supply store, I am pureenergy might work. But when you're talking about what I do with helping people actually perceive energy in a new way and become more electric, where we can measure the energy coming from yourselves and it amplifies that, come on, I am pureenergy. That is good. Yeah, so I am pureenergy.

Speaker 3:

Going to my courses, you'll be able to get a free class, a free class on energetic and mental shielding, which is very quick. You can do it anytime you're walking into the chaos, whether it's screaming children, a boardroom where you know you've got a big deal on the line, traffic court whatever you're going in, this is a really, really beneficial thing if you want to stay sovereign in your energy and your mind. So I've got my free class, but then also I have my masterclass. My masterclass is seven hour plus some women hour and a half long lessons on things like pain free mobility, how to use your breath to block pain signals in your body, how to start to feel, flow, perceive and project your energy and start to perceive it in a way that maybe you've never perceived your own energy and the energy of things around you before. How to refresh your energy in two minutes or less. Anytime you need to pick me up using a very unique kind of breath work. You can just I mean, it takes the food coma of lunch, it takes that a thing of the past if you just take two minutes for yourself. And then I have my LEAP program. So the first is masterclass, then my LEAP, which is the life force energy ascension protocol. This is the Marpati Putri breath work that every branch of the Indonesian military has used for over 40 years. It's the same breath work that every one of my hundreds of thousands of students actually over the past 24 years, have used to really start to change the chemistry of the body and start to expand their energy in their mind in a very cool way.

Speaker 3:

So I've got those two things and I have something special for everybody listening out there or viewing If you use this special code, natalie B10, you'll get 10% off any digital product you got. You get Natalie B10 and you get you that discount, and we'll have that in the show notes, I'm sure, so people can just copy paste that into their browser. You know the world is full of so many people out there hawking their wares. I've got the newest, latest, greatest thing. Whether it's a computer system, a photography system, if it's a meditation system, I've got the most breath, amazing breath work ever.

Speaker 3:

Everybody says the same thing, but the thing is that the integrated ascension method is the real deal and I have a track record of decades, thousands of people medicine, science, quantum physics, neuroscience, blind people, you name it.

Speaker 3:

We've got a lot of validation from very skeptical fields and for people who are breath workers spiritualists, yogis this is going to fit in your arsenal so well to make everything else you do so much better. So I just want to also extend. If you have any questions on my website, please just reach out, send us an email and we'll get right back to you as fast as we can to help answer those questions, because one of the things that I catch myself doing because I'm human as well is my cognitive bias. We want to find something and match it with the next closest thing in our mind. That's why, if a spaceship actually landed in your front yard, you may not even see it, because you don't really know what a spaceship in real life would be. Well, the thing is is, when you see so many things that all look the same, are you prepared for something truly unique pops up in front of you? If so, I am. Peterenergy is going to be your ticket.

Speaker 2:

I really am thankful that we got to connect, nate, and the work that you're bringing out into the world is so needed and, as you said, yes, there's a buzzword for everything. Yet when you hear people speaking with passion and inviting people to a different place, it's really refreshing to be in connection with those people, and I thank the little Nate that went through so many experiences and where he is now in helping serve so many other people. It's a beautiful gift that you have honored us with, so thank you so much, nate.

Speaker 3:

Thank you for having me. It's my pleasure, my honor, that's why I'm here.

Speaker 2:

Beware to be kind to yourself.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 2:
